How It All Began
For more than a decade, Francisca dedicated herself to being forensic interviewer. Her husband Aaron, had always had a dream of owning a carniceria - a traditional Hispanic butcher shop. His vision was to provide his community with quality meats and specialty products, a place that would be more than just a store, but a familiar spot where customers could feel at home.

In 2021, Francisca felt a powerful desire to share her rich cultural heritage with the people of Tucson, Arizona. And so, she made the bold decision to step away from her career and channel her energy into a completely different endeavor. Together, Francisca and Aaron created Sito's Fresh Market, a vibrant testament to their heritage. Sito’s is not just a carniceria, but a beacon of cultural exchange, a place where their roots come alive through the flavors and traditions of Mexican cuisine.
